Utilizing voice over IP (VOIP) phone systems that can be answered from anywhere in the world, and
Being a paperless office.
The above infrastructure was put in place over the course of the last few years so the impacts of Covid-19 has been minimal to business functions at our firm since we already had the setup in place. Although nobody may have foreseen Covid-19 emerging just a year ago, this is the perfect example of why it is important to be prepared for the unknown.
