At RIA Innovations, we are continuing to do our part and work remotely to protect our fellow global citizens from the Covid-19 pandemic. We have all the necessary infrastructure and technology needed to continue daily uninterrupted business functions.
This includes the following:
Multiple people working in multiple locations nationwide and having a full home office setup so they can continue working efficiently,
Having cloud-based systems with secure dual factor authentication,
Utilizing voice over IP (VOIP) phone systems that can be answered from anywhere in the world, and
Being a paperless office.
The above infrastructure was put in place over the course of the last few years so the impacts of Covid-19 has been minimal to business functions at our firm since we already had the setup in place. Although nobody may have foreseen Covid-19 emerging just a year ago, this is the perfect example of why it is important to be prepared for the unknown.
