Nelly Mubashi Recognized as an InvestmentNews 2020 Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Awards Winner

InvestmentNews has recognized Nelly Mubashi as a 2020 Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Awards winner. Nelly, along with 13 other individuals, were chosen from over 120 nominations by a committee of InvestmentNews representatives to be recognized for their ability to inspire others from diverse backgrounds to join, flourish and bring their true selves to work in the financial services industry.

“The road will be bumpy but if you don’t give up, you will eventually get to where you want to be.”

InvestmentNews is proud to introduce the third annual Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion recognition program. Our awards aim to tell the story of individuals and firms who have used their success, leadership skills, and willingness to implement and advocate for diversity and inclusion within the financial advisory industry.

“Our 2020 Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion awards and recognition program is intended to highlight D&I in financial advice and, more importantly, promote the proliferation of equal opportunity for everyone – regardless of their ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation and physical limitations,” said Liz Skinner, special projects editor of InvestmentNews. “These individuals are amazing role models for the next generation.”

Nelly, along with the other individuals and firms making the third annual Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion list, is highlighted in the August 31st issue of InvestmentNews and online at DandIIN.com.
